TOO BUSY

It seems we are all so busy,
With so many things to do.
Places that we have to go.
Plans we must see through.
Sometimes we get so stressed,
We forget what life is about.
We forget that we have Jesus
To help us work it out.
We forget to read our Bibles.
We forget just how to pray.
We forget we need to worship him
Each and every day.
We forget he is our Savior,
And our blessings come from him.
We put our faith in worldly things,
On things that someday end.
Yes, this life is busy,
But not too busy for Christ.
We must always keep striving
To make him the center of our lives.
Although we all have problems,
It is in our Savior we can trust.
And we have the great assurance,
That he is never too busy for us.
